Each floor consists of a very spacious living/ sitting area and large dining area and each unit consists of a pantry fitted with cupboards whilst the ground floor has an integrated kitchen and pantry. The pantry cupboards of the first floor are completed out of Cyprus wood and tastefully designed.

All bedrooms are spacious and special attention has been given to creating a relaxed environment. The Master bedroom is equipped with an attached bathroom with a bathtub and all bathrooms are equipped with hot water facilities and fitted with luxury fittings. Special care has been taken to ensure that the lighting compliments the interior of the building.

The building has been crafted with 8” brick walls and double door type glazed windows and long glazed windows allowing the best vantage points of the picturesque setting. Doors, windows and frames are made out of Mahogany and the ground floor is completed with an Exposed timber type ceiling roof completed out of Lunumidella & Cempus wood whilst the 1st & 2nd floors are completed with a Timber ribbed ceiling completed out of Mahogany. A Double door type entrance also leads to the table tennis room. The floors of the first and second floors are adorned with parquet flooring and a Beautiful Kumbuk wood staircase decorates the first and second floors.
